Leadership Day
Leadership comes naturally and isn’t something that you are born with, you just develop it, by inspiring other people to help you achieve a goal. Breaking it down and looking at great people that inspired the world through out the history, we can find several characteristics that all had in common, but I foremost respect their courage and the fact that they weren’t afraid to try.
We try to get together people that are leaders in their own right and can share with others their experiences and knowledge, opening new ways and opportunities and laying out in a better way what it takes to become a leader.
"Management is doing things right; leadership is doing the right things."
"If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader."
"A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way."
John C Maxwell
